Free Estimates
In the event we feel damage is not worthy of an insurance claim, there will be no charge for our initial inspection. Scozzari Roof Services will provide you with an estimate for repairs or roof replacement at no cost to you. We are the roofing contractors and consultants that will be on site to manage your project. Anyone can recommend a roofer, but will they take the steps to manage your project to ensure the job is done properly?
Consulting
Our roofing specialists inspect the roof covering at your property for
damage caused by nature, vandalism, or age, and we give an unbiased and professional diagnosis. We will determine whether you may be eligible for a new roof covering, due to a weather-related event and if it can be paid for by your insurance company. We are associated with engineers and attorneys that specialize in insurance related matters nationwide.
Pricing
Should you make a claim, the initial visual inspection will be free, photographs and reports will be considered. Expert testimony is available in the event of litigation.
All consulting fees are waived providing you contract Scozzari Roof Services as your roofing contractor.
Management
Your project will be managed by one of our staff members who has a minimum of 10 years in residential, commercial and industrial roofing materials specification and application, ensuring all materials are applied to factory specifications and local and state codes.
Insurance Premiums
In the state of Florida, a new roof will significantly reduce your insurance premiums. Using the new codes that were released in 2010, it is estimated that
some people could save up to $1,000.00 each year in insurance premiums.
